ABOUT CHARA HOE

A proud Hawaiian, born and raised on Kauai, my roots go back generations on this beautiful island we call home. As a 3rd generation builder on island, my introduction into carpentry and construction started at a very early age. My grandfather built houses for over 50 years, and my father is a General Contractor who gave me my first job painting houses after hurricane Iniki. I spent over 15 years learning all aspects of the trade, starting as a laborer and working my way up to Lead Carpenter and Project Manager. In 2018, I made the decision to venture out on my own and become a licensed General Contractor in the State of Hawaii. Kuleana Contractors, Kaua’i’s first and only Woman Owned contracting company was formed.

 

Through out the years I’ve provided my clients with a wide range of services for all their needs; from consultation, design, project management & completion.
